Catterall-based Collinson Construction has appointed Jason Rudd as its new pre-construction manager.
Jason joins from Seddon where he spent nine years and was most recently the estimating manager for its North West construction division.
Prior to this he spent more than two decades in estimating roles for Allenbuild, now part of Places for People.
In his new role, Jason will head up the estimating team, playing a lead role in the management of tenders and submissions and ensuring projects are delivered to budget.
Robert Duxbury, managing director of Collinson, said: “To deliver excellent buildings, you need excellent people. Jason’s been in the construction sector since 1989, working on a vast array of construction projects and it’s a pleasure to welcome someone with his experience to the team.
"Jason will play a pivotal role in helping us secure new projects and ensuring a smooth transition to on-site delivery and completion."
Collinson Construction’s main sectors are sports and leisure, education, industrial and commercial. The company recently completed a £2.1m teaching centre for Morecambe Bay Academy and is on site with a number of other projects across the UK.
