Matthews and Leigh Civil Engineering said: “The Access to Employment programme has helped us to recruit our groundwork apprentices for 2017. "The training provider put us in touch with a number of excellent candidates, all of whom matched the skills/calibre needed for the jobs. The project has helped us overcome some difficulties with recruitment and we will certainly use this method for future recruitment of apprentices.”
