The event, sponsored by the NPL Group, Regenda Homes and Links Signs and Graphics, was a black-tie gala dinner held at Marine Hall in Fleetwood attended by businesses from across Wyre and the Fylde coast, partner organisations, event sponsors and award judges.
More than 180 nominations across fifteen different categories were assessed by a judging panel included principal of Myerscough College Ann Turner, station director of Radio Wave Paula Davies, Marketing Lancashire, Boost Business Lancashire and John Gillmore from BBC Radio Lancashire.Councillor Peter Murphy, cabinet member with responsibility for economic development at Wyre Council, said: “We recognise that we have a lot of fantastic businesses in Wyre and the Wyre Business Awards evening is our way of celebrating the successes of our local businesses.
