Ribble Valley based marketing agency Workhouse Marketing has launched a brand new ecommerce website for not-for-profit charity, Climbers Against Cancer (CAC).
Founded in 2012 by John Ellison, who very sadly lost his brave battle with cancer in 2015, CAC raises funds primarily through the sale of their brightly coloured merchandise, as well as via donations and sponsorships.
Over the years, Workhouse has completed a range of projects in their role as an official supporter of the charity.
Ben Jones, assistant studio manager at Workhouse, is also a trustee at the charity and brought the two organisations together originally.
“We produced the original website around 5 years ago when the charity was just starting out, but with a now global reach we felt it was time for an upgrade in technology to support the thousands of followers from the international climbing communities.”
“The Workhouse team that I dealt with could not have been more helpful. They answered all my queries with patience and consideration. They have made the experience an easy one and I came away from Workhouse H.Q. feeling excited about getting to grips with the new site.”
