C M Oxendale has begun work on the build of two 5,000 sq ft industrial warehouse units adjacent to its headquarters on Heys Lane Industrial Estate, Great Harwood.
The plumbing business cquired the Heys Lane site in 2017 and, working with Trevor Dawson Commercial Property Consultants, has secured planning for the additional build.
The units will be of a high specification with feature brickwork and glazed frontages to an expansive secure yard area. They are expected to be available for occupation in spring 2021.
Jason Rawson, director of Trevor Dawson, said: "Site excavation has only just commenced and the level of interest we are already experiencing is excellent. There is a general shortage of availability of units within this size bracket and it is refreshing to work with C M Oxendale who have had the confidence to proceed with the development on a speculative basis."
