Work begins on new Blackpool commercial development

Construction has started on site at a new speculative development of commercial units at Kincraig Court, off Faraday Way, Blackpool.

The units which start from 625 sq ft at £75,000 and are suitable for a variety of uses including trade, warehouse, workshop and office. Optional mezzanine floors can be provided extending up to 400 sq ft and sectional loading doors and pedestrian door options are also available.
