The Woodland Spa in Burnley has once again, for the second consecutive year, received national acclaim after winning the title of Best UK Hotel Spa at the prestigious Good Spa Guide Awards 2023.
The lavish awards ceremony took place at the Spa Life convention at The Cotswolds Water Park Hotel. The event was hosted by critically-acclaimed comedian and actor Jayde Adams who features in the Take That movie, Greatest Days, which was also filmed locally.
It was there where the impressive range of luxurious facilities and service levels provided at Crow Wood Resort’s flagship spa ensured they beat off stiff competition from some big names including Champneys Spa at Mottram Hall, Rockliffe Hall, Fairmont St Andrews & London-based Bulgari Spa.
The Good Spa Guide Awards are a truly unique event that recognises and celebrates exceptional service in the luxury spa & wellness industry. What makes these awards unique and truly meaningful, is that they are awarded entirely on the basis of guest votes.
Crow Wood’s director Oliver Brown said: “We are extremely proud to have secured this title once again, for the second year, and we think it speaks volumes about the standard of luxury our guests enjoy. Not to mention, the quality of the service which they receive from our dedicated team. We believe we are truly flying the flag for Burnley and challenging people’s perceptions."
