The solution works with more than 50 hospitality CRM, marketing, and single customer view platforms, and the data collected from the WiFi service is now widely recognised as the best source of GDPR compliant data to help underpin any marketing and guest engagement campaigns.
Since launching five years ago, the company has amassed more than 3,500 customers, which accounts for 10 million users. It employs 25.The funding, backed by the Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund (NPIF) and FW Capital, will enable Wireless Social to bolster its development resources and support new innovation.
Extra funding will ensure products stay in line with the demands of the industry and help support the company’s ambitious growth strategy.
