Roundhouse Properties has now completed contracts to sell or lease all of its forty-two modern business units at Momentum Business Centre@South Rings at Bamber Bridge, Preston, just ten months after starting its construction programme.
The recent deals represent two lets and eighteen sales choosing the Momentum business centre to expand their organisations. Tenants leasing units include; Campervan conversion experts, Rhino installs who have taken on a 1,250 sq. ft. plus mezzanine space; Specialists in security, Traders Warehouse and GPS car tracker fitters, Trackerfit, to name but a few.
