What More UK Limited the UK’s largest manufacturer of plastic housewares, has opened its new 101,710sq ft facility.
Both developments have enabled the company to bring their manufacturing and distribution operations under one roof, taking their total space to over 462,000sq.ft.
“We currently export to 47 countries including the Far East as well as most national retailers and high street names in the UK. We recently won a large order from a customer in South Korea and that shipment will be leaving at the end of the month. As brand leaders it gives us the confidence to continue investing, not to mention a significant boost to the economy of Lancashire.”
What More UK was recently won the prestigious title ‘North West Export Champions Award for 2014’ by UKTI, as well as a ‘2013 Regional Award for Environmental Sustainability,’ awarded by Burnley Borough Council. Established in 1999, What More UK has grown rapidly to become the UK’s largest manufacturer of plastic housewares, gardening and storage products, under their brand name WHAM.
