Weru UK will now expand its UK footprint by establishing a network of accredited partners who, once fully vetted and trained, will sell to developers and home owners in their own specific catchment.
The network is expected to take UK group sales of installed windows and doors from approximately £4.5m annually to over £8m in 2020.Weru UK will continue to be based at its 8,000sq ft home at Amy Johnson Way, Squires Gate, where it has invested in a national support centre.
Kate Lindsay, sales director at Weru UK, said: “From multi-million pound homes and commercial developments to cottages, we have completed over 18,000 Weru installations since we established the business over three decades ago."We have already installed numerous Weru windows countrywide as far afield as Jersey, Orkney, Cornwall, Isle of Man and the decision to develop a full UK management and support centre is a natural progression.”
“We are now looking to recruit suitable trade and retail partners to join in our success. We will be providing full facilities for sales and all technical matters with our new support centre for businesses looking to capitalise on the new build and renovation sector, majoring on Eco Houses and high performance triple glazing and security features.”Weru UK already has partners in Cheshire and the south coast, with new partnerships set to launch in Derby, Tonbridge and Glasgow.
