Judged alongside its national counterparts made up of 63 Van Centres and 33 Authorised Repair Outlets, Volkswagen Van Centre Lancashire, located in Ribbleton and made up of a team of 34 also made it into the top ten for the Customer Experience award.
The special, virtual ceremony was hosted by former England and Yorkshire cricketer and 2005 Strictly Come Dancing champion, Darren Gough MBE. Awards were given to recognise performance across a number of key areas including customer experience.
