Blackpool-based Voiteq UK, a leading global provider of voice-directed work solutions, has won the 2016 Customer Service Award at the national United Kingdom Warehousing Association (UKWA) annual awards ceremony.
The company was presented with the award at the Dorchester hotel in London, by special guest Nick Hewer (The Apprentice) for demonstrating an in-depth understanding of customer needs and delivering a consistent customer focused culture within the organisation.
thThey also emphasise the importance of the logistics sector’s contribution to the global and UK economy.

UKWA CEO, Peter Ward ,gave guests a warm welcome and thanked all of the applicants saying: “The judges had a challenging and difficult time as the competition was high, you are all winners. Voiteq was up against tough competition including Spaciotempo and Logistex in the customer category award and was the deserving winner.”
After the acquisition of Heald’s Day & Nite stores this small team started up what has now become an international business.
