Vincents Solicitors has opened a corporate and commercial office in Lytham, its second location in the Fylde town.
The office at Jubilee House in East Beach will supports business clients across the area, allowing its town centre Park Street branch to focus entirely on personal legal services, housing its private client, residential property, and family law teams.
The launch of the second office will allow Vincents’ commercial department, which has doubled in size over the last year, to continue its rapid expansion.
Matthew Scott, who joined the firm as head of corporate law in 2018, will be based at the office. He said: "The growth of this department and the increasing business from corporate clients on the Fylde Coast was putting pressure on the space available in the original office, so we’re moving out to ensure both the commercial and personal services teams have the room they need to operate and welcome clients in comfort.
“Jubilee House provides the ideal location for us to service business clients across the Fylde Coast, Preston and West Lancashire. It provides all the facilities a corporate client would expect, with good accessibility and proximity to both Preston and Blackpool, and puts us at the heart of Lytham’s professional services hub.”
The expansion of the commercial department at Vincents is part of the firm’s future growth strategy, and has recently seen the arrival of commercial property specialist Craig Aikman and commercial litigator Anas Shah. The new Lytham office will complement the existing commercial hubs in Chorley and at the firm’s headquarters in Preston.
