The Via Partnership (Via) has won the exclusive licence to deliver ‘Welcome To Excellence’, the national customer service training initiative, across the North West.
Via, a social business based in Leyland, whose core purpose is to improve skills and increase employability saw the ‘Welcome To Excellence’ licence as an opportunity to expand its operation and build on its success within training and developing individuals.Welcome to Excellence is the leading provider of customer service skills training in the UK and as a result of gaining the licence, Via will exclusively deliver its training programmes across Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Merseyside.
Janine Blythe, Via’s development director, said: “This strong and recognised brand will enhance Via Training’s portfolio whilst the recently introduced ‘Delivering Service Excellence in Health and Social Care’ will provide a unique opportunity for Via to deliver a customer focused training programme to a market that we are well experienced in”. The team remains the same and will continue to be supported by the same dedicated trainers as before.
