Bilsborrow-based UK Carline has strengthened its position in the vehicle leasing market with the acquisition of Vertu Lease Cars.
The acquisition combines the strength, reach and product portfolio of the two businesses enabling it to build up its market share across the UK.
Under the new ownership, Vertu Lease Cars will continue to supply vehicle leasing, focusing on vehicles supplied by manufacturers within the Vertu Motors plc group of companies
With the support of UK Carline, customers will also benefit from an expanded range of leasing solutions and a wider selection of offers.
