The University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) is the UK’s biggest riser in the first establishment-ranking league table of the year.
UCLan, which has campuses in Preston and Burnley, has risen by 27 places in the 'Complete University Guide 2020' and is now ranked 75th out of 131 institutions.
In the ‘academic services spend’ category, which measures expenditure on facilities including the library and technology, UCLan was placed 19th nationally.
