UCLan managers receive leadership recognition

Thirty three team leaders and managers from the University of Central Lancashire have been awarded with the internationally recognised Institute of Leadership and Management level three certificates in leadership and management.

The modules covered across the year included; managing change, time and resource management, leadership skills, customer service and innovation and communication skills. Carolyn and her team also worked with the managers individually to provide impartial feedback and coaching.
