The Spa Hotel at Ribby Hall Village has received a superior four-star accreditation from the AA while the Brasserie at The Spa Hotel received two AA Rosettes.
The Spa Hotel received an 80% rating which puts it at the top end of a four star quality rating (70%-84%). The hotel is assessed in nine areas, the most critical being cleanliness, hospitality, service, bedrooms, bathrooms and food.
The Brasserie received two AA Rosettes, the highest accolade possible on first inspection. The assessor commented that “dinner impressed for its use of quality produce and imaginative dishes”.
