Trio of housing contract wins for Glendale

Glendale has scored a hat-trick of new client wins within the housing industry, with a total annual value of almost three quarters of a million pounds.

For the Together Housing Group, Glendale will carry out work at 215 properties across Doncaster, Huddersfield, Hull, Leeds, Darlington, York and Wakefield as part of a two-year contract.

In Cleethorpes and Immingham, the Shoreline Housing Partnership three-year contract will see Glendale work with members of the community to improve the standard of green areas.

Mike Brunskill, sales and marketing director at Glendale said: “These contract wins are fantastic news for Glendale as we continue to grow our presence in the housing sector. In the past we have predominantly worked with local authorities and while we will continue to do so we are seeing strong growth in other areas, in particular with housing associations.”
