Trident Utilities has been named as the headline sponsor of Lancashire Business View’s Net Zero Carbon Conference 2025.

Michael Dugdale, managing director of Trident Utilities, said: “Supporting Lancashire businesses in their net zero journey is at the heart of what we do. This conference is an excellent opportunity to collaborate, share knowledge, and drive real change.
“By working together, we can help businesses future-proof their operations, unlock cost savings, and contribute to a cleaner, more sustainable Lancashire.”
Richard Slater, chairman of Lancashire Business View, said: “Net Zero is high on the agenda for many Lancashire businesses.
“As the UK tries to accelerates toward its Net Zero goals, it raises questions about the feasibility, funding and real-world implications of major sustainability projects.
“We will be also debunking some myths about Net Zero and we want to give businesses the tools, advice and inspiration they need to meet their green goals.”
Among the themes and discussion points include: wind power, green jobs and skills, how global supply chains impact Lancashire’s role in the green economy and funding for the green transition.
The event will be reviewed in full in Lancashire Business View’s Net Zero Carbon Report in the July/August edition of Lancashire Business View.
