On behalf of a private Irish client, Unit 1 Boreham Court has been let to Bright LED which is relocating and expanding from its existing premises within Burnley. The 11,635 sq ft unit was let after a very short marketing period with high levels of interest being reported.Within the same site, Trevor Dawson was instructed to market F M House, an office building previously occupied by the NHS.
The building had been on the market for some time previously and due to Trevor Dawson's involvement, three-quarters of the building has now been let to three individual companies.The final office suite of 971 sq ft remains available. The building benefits from excellent parking and is now home to occupiers including KeyPlus Security and John Fallows Accountants.
