Over 21 corporate teams enjoyed the immaculate PGA Open Qualifying course conditions of Clitheroe Golf Club for the Trevor Dawson Charity Golf Day on Wednesday 11th June.
The golf day raised over £5,000 in total for Blackburn Youth Zone with Barclays Corporate kindly funding a further £1,000. Blackburn Youth Zone is a newly established facility in the heart of Blackburn, which provides opportunities for the whole community to support the town’s young people. It is a landmark facility of world-class standard that is leading the regeneration of the town. Andrew Graham of Graham & Brown is the Chairman of Blackburn Youth Zone and like many local businesses, supported the golf day by entering a team.
