Aims Finance, an official partner of Blackburn Rovers Football Club, has three employment opportunities available to enthusiastic, hardworking young people who want to pursue careers in business development and sales manager roles.

We support all of our employee’s career development and want them to progress with the company.“We have worked closely with apprenticeship provider TrainingStation to produce a tailored contact centre apprenticeship programme which will allow the apprentices to learn about all areas of our business, leading them to specialise in different areas of insurance sales and business development.”
Andrea Fielding, director at TrainingStation, said: “Aims Finance are extremely supportive of the apprentices they employ and we are delighted to be working with them to run a tailored in house training programme for their current and new apprentices, enabling them to further their careers with the company. “These vacancies represent fantastic long term prospects for the lucky three apprentices. Two thirds of apprentices remain in employment with their employer after completing their qualification and 75% take on more responsibilities in their job within 12 months of finishing their qualification.”
