If so, the East Lancashire Chamber of Commerce may have the solution to your training worries.
The Chamber has teamed up with the Skills Funding Agency and Chamber Business Training to offer two days of free business training for young people who live or work in Lancashire.
Delivered by professional training consultants, the courses will enhance young peoples’ skills.
You can chose from a range of courses, including CIPS Level 2 Certificate in Purchasing and Supply; Sales Development Workshop; Presenting Masterclass; Professional Telephone Techniques, Time and Priority management; Customer Service; Assertiveness not Aggression and SIA Licence Training.
The courses typically run from 9am to 5pm at the East Lancashire Chamber of Commerce HQ in Clayton-le-Moors.
