The business undertakes groundworks using specialists rigs to improve ground using stone columns. As the probe is vibrating, it is driven into the ground, removed and aggregate is poured in to form a stone column which is compacted as the probe is re-driven into it.
The practice is less common in the UK than in other parts of the world, and Town and Country Vibro is one of a handful of companies carrying out the work.However, its popularity is on the rise and the business has capitalised on this and was named on the FTSE 1000 list of Europe's Fastest growing companies in 2018.
