Tom Smith has been appointed as partner at Brabners legal practice, and will head up the Preston-based litigation team.
He was previously head of dispute resolution at Lancashire firm Forbes Solicitors.
Tom has 15 years of experience as a litigation solicitor, advising clients across the North West but predominantly in Lancashire and Preston. His particular experience lies in advising businesses on contractual disputes, corporate issues, debt recovery and insolvency related issues.
