Three questions with… Our principle consultant Michelle Valentine

Where did you train to be a recruitment consultant and why did you want to start a career in recruitment?  

I was working as an estate agent and managing a couple of offices, I was looking for a change but one where I could still be customer/client focused, when my sister said come and work for me I took her up on the offer and started training with her, six years on i'm still here and very proud of what we've achieved.

What do you enjoy most about working for The Eventus Recruitment Group?

I love meeting clients and helping them recruit the right people for their vacancies, and its a lovely feeling knowing you have changed someones life by helping them achieve their new role.

What has been your greatest achievement since joining The Eventus Recruitment Group? 

My greatest achievement is probably getting into firms that previously didn’t use recruiters or Eventus and being referred by them to other firms.
