KeyFleet has welcomed three new starters to enhance the delivery of its contract hire, software and fleet management services and to support our exciting growth plans.
Chris Fitzpatrick, fleet support, is an experienced fleet management professional, with more than 33 years experience of managing vehicles and drivers for such organisations as Enterprise PLC, the Welsh Ambulance Service and more recently with VOSA and as interim fleet manager for JD Sports.Chris really cut his teeth during a 16 year period with Virgin Media (Telewest) as a key part of their procurement and fleet strategy team. Chris’s wealth of knowledge really compliments our dynamic fleet management team and his involvement in driver and vehicle support is vital to our fleet management service.
The appointment of Shane Mchugh, fleet administrator, comes at an important time for KeyFleet as vehicle order volumes increase due to the growth of both business and personal leasing business being written within the business. Shane’s previous roles have been administration and customer services based most recently working for T Mobile as a CSR.Shane approaches his work with an eye for detail and a desire for accuracy which is exactly the skills needed for the role. If he isn’t in the office you may find Shane enjoying local nature walks or even helping out with youth volunteer work.
Matt Hardman, fleet account manager, joins us in a sales consultancy capacity to develop accounts within the 20+ fleet market.Supported by internal staff, Matt's role is to understand clients' fleet needs in terms of risk, compliance, supply, funding and management and prescribe our solutions accordingly whilst being the main point of contact for our Keys Software and Premium Account clients. Marc McLoughlin said: "I’m thrilled to welcome Matt, Shane and Chris to our team and we are all very excited for the future development of the business. We recruit primarily on character and attitude and the guys ticked all the boxes straight away – I wish them every success in their new roles."
