The Business Clinic, an organisation dedicated to development and growth, has joined forces with NatWest, accountancy practice Danbro and law firm Brabners to deliver the event.
Experts will give insights and advice on franchises and associated topics including financial and legal control, finance and funding. And a guest speaker will be on hand to share their franchise journey so far.
The breakfast event on September 12 will take place at Danbro’s Jubilee House headquarters at East Beach in Lytham. It will run from 8.15am until 11am.
The event is aimed at business owners in Lancashire who may be considering franchising their operations; business coaches and advisors and people simply looking for some advice.
Helen Livesey, chief executive of Preston-headquartered The Business Clinic, said: “We’re delighted to have teamed up with Danbro, NatWest and Brabners to deliver what promises to be an information-packed morning.
“The aim is to answer all the questions people may have about franchising and how it can be a route to genuine growth and business expansion – boosting revenue and profits.”
“Building a successful franchise model also helps others to achieve their dream of running a business. You will have motivated partners sharing your vision and growing with you.
“And we believe that it is never too early to thing about growing through franchising. The advice event aims to get people thinking about franchising as an opportunity.”
Franchising is moving forward as growing numbers of people in the UK look to it as a way to successful business ownership.
The total contribution of franchising to the UK economy is said to be more than £17billion, up over £2bn since 2015, according to a recent NatWest report.
The figures show that 18 per cent of all franchisees are now under 30 and 52 per cent of these are female.
