The Config Team has recorded 32% year-on-year growth while increasing its workforce by a third throughout 2019.
The Skelmersdale company designs, develops and implements supply chain systems and has more than doubled its turnover since 2017 on the back of an of an uptake in automation and digitalisation.
Over the last 12 months, 18 new people have been recruited in a variety of technical and support roles across consultancy, product development, HR, finance, sales and marketing. This brings the total company employees to more than double the number it had in 2017, with plans to increase to a team of more than 90 by the end of 2020.
