A successful National Quality Assurance and IT software testing company has moved its head office to a key location on Preston Riversway Docklands.

Moving from the city centre to the marina, Test-Direct have let 4,261 sq ft at 3a Edward VII Quay, Navigation Way from landlords Mapeley Group. Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP and BDH acted on behalf of the landlord.

A further 3,176 sq ft is still available to let at Edward VII Quay which is located on the dockside overlooking the marina. Local amenities are plentiful including Morrisons, Odeon Cinema, Homebase and Argos, Pets at Home, DW Fitness and Mothercare.
