Taylors promotes Claire Barnes to partner

Claire Barnes has been promoted to partner  at Blackburn-based law firm Taylors Solicitors.

Claire been with the company since 2007 and has been made partner of the commercial trading disputes team.

She has significant expertise in resolving international commercial disputes will focus on regulatory work. In recent years she has overseen a significant increase in work in the department, making it one of Taylor’s fastest growing areas of business.

In addition, Stuart Beatson has been promoted to partner of insolvency and business restructuring team in Manchester.

He offers almost a decade of experience in acting for liquidators, administrators and trustees in bankruptcy, handling corporate insolvency for distressed companies and shareholder disputes.
