Taylor Patterson is celebrating a duo of team achievements; with a senior manager celebrating 25 years’ service and another team member receiving an internal promotion.
Taylor Patterson has created a dedicated workplace pensions role in its Employee Benefits Team.Nick Howarth, who has already worked at the company for several years, has recently been seconded on a full-time basis to the Employee Benefits Team as Workplace Pensions Co-ordinator. He will undertake this specialist role to bolster support during this busy period and cater for increased client demands as they prepare for auto enrolment.
With the government’s recent auto enrolment legislation beginning to have an impact on businesses across the country, pension specialists, Taylor Patterson, has created this dedicated position to further strengthen its expert credentials and help guide employers through auto enrolment.Chris Bardin, who heads up the Financial Planning Team, said: "Nick will complement the existing Employee Benefits Team very well and will remain in this new position until auto enrolment has been completed for all our clients.
"Nick has proved himself to be a hard working and diligent member of staff and we are all really pleased with the opportunity this provides for his career".In addition, Adviser Support Manager, Karen Draper, is celebrating 25 years’ service with Taylor Patterson.
Karen joined the company in 1988 on a Youth Training Scheme and has been instrumental in developing the firm’s IT infrastructure and transferring to paperless working.Gillian Bardin, Managing Director, commented: "Karen is a key member of our team and her work over the last 25 years has contributed to the growth of our company.
