Family-run motor group Swansway, owners of Preston Audi, Blackburn Audi and VWVC Lancashire celebrates the continued long service of its team members.
On Thursday 28th October Swansway held its annual Long Service Lunch at Rookery Hall in Nantwich. The lunch was the second one held in 2021 following the postponement of the event in 2020. More than 60 long-serving employees from all over Swansway’s locations were in attendance along with Chairman Michael Smyth, and Director Peter Smyth.
Peter explained: “We give silver pins to team members who have been with us for 5 years, gold pins to those who have been with us for 10 years, and a diamond pin to those who are celebrating 15 years with us.”
Peter added: “It was great to get everyone together to celebrate their long service to the company, as well as their continued hard work which is so greatly appreciated.”
A number of team members were unable to attend the lunch event and receive their pins on the day. In total, over 100 pins will be handed out to Swansway team members with group directors David, John and Peter visiting them directly at their places of work.
