Local businesses are at the heart of the British economy and no more so than here in East Lancashire.
By Stephen Ford, director, RBS Corporate Banking
Working with all types of businesses, from start-ups to established companies, RBS focus on building relationships which support a business throughout its journey. We don’t do things just because it generates income.
We recognise it can be daunting for business owners to access finance but our relationship managers are here to help with your business plans whether you are looking to grow your business, relocate to new premises or expand internationally.
Our East Lancs Team has always worked closely with Burnley Council to provide support to businesses that are looking to expand into new premises and markets. We feel it is a huge positive for the area that so many SMEs are aware of the support that the council can provide and we remain committed to assisting the council in this area.
The deals are not necessarily backed by RBS but the intention is to promote activity amongst the professional groups and generate further business and maintain the positive momentum seen in the area recently. Our team of dedicated local relationship managers are accessible both face-to-face and on the phone to talk and, more importantly, listen. In addition, behind every relationship manager, there is a whole team of specialists making sure that we keep our customers’ interests at the heart of everything we do.
