Local homebuilder Miller Homes is today announcing a milestone at its Catterall-based development, Beacon Park, with 75 per cent of properties sold.
Three quarters of the development’s three four and five bedroom homes have been snapped up since launching in 2018. Beacon Park is a beautiful development in the Catterall area: residents can enjoy the best of both worlds with the countryside on their doorstep as well as great links to Preston, Garstang and beyond.
Of the purchasers, 34% were first-time buyers and 37 per cent used the Help to Buy scheme, suggesting that the homes at Beacon Park are ideal for those wanting to venture on the property ladder for the first time.
Clare Noakes, sales director of Miller Homes North West, believes this is a positive sign of the times: “At Miller Homes we’re delighted to see signs that the market is still strong, despite the pandemic last year. Beacon Park’s success could be indicative of an overall positive trend – let’s hope it continues into the next year.
Clare adds: “We’re looking forward to helping more people find the home of their dreams. Our Catterall development is just one success story from a number across the North West so far this year, and we’re looking forward to what the future holds.”
Earlier in the year, Miller Homes helped the residents of Abbeyfield House care home in Catterall reunite with their loved ones by donating benches to facilitate meetings between residents, and their friends and families, safely outdoors, while England eased lockdown restrictions.
Beacon Park is an exciting new development in the Catterall area on Joe Lane. You can find out more information on the Miller Homes website.
