Altius Group, a collection of market-leading UK business brokers, has reached a considerable milestone with the acquisition of Eaves Brook House, a purpose-built 10,000sq ft head office located at Preston Docklands, just minutes away from the city centre.
The significant acquisition provides a platform for the company to deliver its strategic growth plans which will increase its staff from 60 to more than 100. Altius Group has planned a full office refurbishment and has contracted Jonathan Naylor at Concept Construction Projects to complete the internal upgrade.
Eaves Brook House offers superb internal and external spaces for staff and significantly increases the working space compared to existing facilities. The purchase also provides additional break out and rest areas to enhance staff well-being.
The property comprises of a detached and purpose-built modern office building with an extensive private car park. The accommodation extends over three floors, with part of the roof area converted to provide additional space at the second-floor level.
