Joining the company are graduates Emma Dolan, quantity surveyor; Joshua Haworth, technical designer; Lauren Duckworth, land planner; and Hannah Richins, strategic planner.
The developer’s Aspire Apprenticeship Scheme, which launched in 2016, recruits school and college leavers aged 16 and up. Apprentices undertake a full development programme including NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications and on-the-job training with the potential to move into trainee site management at the end of the programme.
