Stonegate moves to Rossendale

Stonegate Technologies, a 22 year established IT Company has made Helmshore the headquarters of its managed IT services business.

Formerly based in Heywood, Stonegate Technologies currently employs 20 staff members and has a wealth of clients including The Football League, Cowell Norford and Revolution Bars.

Managing director Adrian Smith has overseen a £200,000 redevelopment of the old Clarence Pub on Helmshore Road and based the business out of the downstairs office area.

Stonegate Technologies who recently won the Talk of Manchester Best IT Support Company have also recently purchased another IT support company and amalgamated that company’s client base in to Stonegate. Managing director Adrian Smith said: “We are an established and growing IT company and as well as regenerating the pub and basing our business out of the Rossendale Valley, we are also looking to recruit staff from the local area. We have already begun this process with both our marketing manager and receptionist joining us in 2014 from the local area.”
