Stirk House Hotel, located in Gisburn, is set to undergo an exciting transformation with the introduction of a new spa, brasserie, and walled garden.

The hotel management has submitted an application to the local council, eagerly awaiting approval to extend and enhance their existing facilities.

With its current focus on providing exceptional accommodation and dining experiences, the addition of a two-storey spa, a stylish brasserie, and beautifully landscaped gardens promises to take Stirk House Hotel to new heights.

Enhancing Guest Experience

The Stirk House Hotel has been dedicated to continuously improving its offerings. Recent years have witnessed extensive renovations and upgrades to the accommodation, reception, main lounge, and public areas.

Additionally, a separate bar and banqueting suite were incorporated, solidifying the hotel's reputation for excellence in food and service.

The establishment has evolved into a premier wedding venue, with exclusive use of all hotel bedrooms and facilities for these special occasions.

Revamping Leisure Facilities

Recognising the changing preferences and expectations of their clientele, the hotel acknowledges the need to modernise its leisure facilities.

The existing leisure centre, constructed for a different era and demographic, includes squash courts and a traditional swimming pool. However, the usage of these facilities has significantly declined over time. To meet the evolving demands, Stirk House Hotel plans to revamp the leisure area by removing the large pool and outdated fitness equipment.

In its place, a state-of-the-art spa will be created, complete with steam and sauna rooms, hot tubs, and a cooling-off pool. This rejuvenated space will provide guests with a tranquil haven for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Introducing a Stylish Brasserie

As part of the expansion project, Stirk House Hotel aims to introduce a small brasserie above the spa. This stylish dining venue will cater to both hotel guests and nonresidents, offering a menu featuring light, healthy cuisine.

The brasserie will provide a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, perfect for enjoying nourishing meals and refreshing vitamin drinks. By diversifying their dining options, the hotel seeks to attract a wider range of visitors, further enhancing their reputation as a destination for culinary excellence.

Creating Enchanting Gardens and Landscaping

To elevate the overall guest experience, Stirk House Hotel has plans to develop enchanting walled gardens and stunning landscaping. These outdoor spaces will provide a serene ambiance, inviting visitors to explore and unwind amidst nature's beauty.

The carefully designed gardens will offer secluded areas for health and beauty treatments, ensuring privacy and tranquility. Guests will have the opportunity to indulge in various wellness activities while being surrounded by the captivating sights and scents of the meticulously maintained flora.

Stirk House Hotel's proposal to introduce a new spa, brasserie, and walled garden heralds an exciting chapter in the establishment's history. By embracing the changing needs of their clientele and investing in modern, luxurious facilities, the hotel aims to provide an unparalleled experience to both residents and nonresidents.

The envisioned spa will offer a haven of relaxation and rejuvenation, featuring state-of-the-art amenities such as steam rooms, saunas, and hot tubs. The addition of a stylish brasserie will satisfy the discerning palates of guests, while the enchanting gardens and landscaping will create a captivating outdoor retreat.

With these ambitious plans, Stirk House Hotel is poised to cement its position as a premier destination for indulgence, wellness, and culinary delights.
