Staci acquires $200m US firm

Blackburn-based multichannel logistics firm Staci has acquired fulfilment specialist Amware of Ohio in the United States.

The acquisition takes the total Staci group beyond £600m annual revenues, with 3,000 employees working in 73 fulfilment centres in eight countries.

This latest acquisition follows on from a record group and UK annual performance in 2022, during which UK revenues reached the highest in their 35-year history and included the opening of its seventh UK fulfilment centre.
