Award winning Training 2000 has been established for over 50 years and is a large Group Training Association offering business solutions, commercial courses, Apprenticeship and Traineeship programmes across multiple industry sectors. In 2017, Training 2000 became part of the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) meaning that Apprentices have direct routes to Degree Apprenticeships.
The training provider is running online CPD events every other month covering a variety of topics within the healthcare sector. The first of their events is taking place on Thursday 10th June.
The topic of the first of Training 2000s online CPD sessions is Spotting and Monitoring Acutely Ill Patients. The event will take place online using Microsoft Teams from 7pm-8pm on Thursday 10th June 2021.
The event will cover the basics of the National Early Warning Scores (NEWS) and how this can help us detect and respond to the deterioration of acutely unwell patients. Training 2000s Healthcare Services Trainer Bethany Sinacola will also cover how to adapt and respond to clinically deteriorating patients.
Following this session, attendees will have more confidence in implementing and using the National Early Warning Score System (NEWS), as well as dealing with clinically deteriorating patients. This can contribute towards CPD & re-validation hours with a certificate of attendance available upon completion.
