Solicitor Farida Isaji has joined the Wills & Estate Planning team at regional law firm Napthens.
Joining Napthens after time spent working at Rothwell and Evans in Manchester, Farida has experience in dealing with wills for clients from a diverse range of backgrounds, estate planning and the administration of estates.
She is an Affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), and advises clients on issues including the preparation of wills, inheritance tax, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications.
She also specialises in a variety of elderly client matters, and provides advice on planning for long-term care.
Kathryn Harwood, head of Wills & Estate Planning at Napthens, said: “Farida brings expertise in areas of estate planning which are becoming increasingly important.
“Planning for long-term care is vital and I know our clients will benefit from her knowledge.” Farida’s appointment comes during a period of growth for Napthens, which recently opened an office in Liverpool and earlier this year announced a record intake of trainees.
