The Via Partnership has taken over Partnership Team Ltd following the retirement of its founder earlier this year.
Via is a social business based in Leyland whose core purpose is to improve skills and increase employability of individuals.Expanding with the Partnership Team is an opportunity to expand its operation and build on its success within education, and training.
The YOU Project, Stepping Stones and AQA consultancy support will remain the same.Karen O’Donoghue, chief executive of Via, said: “Partnership Team has a similar ethos to Via and this exciting business transfer will enable us to further expand the work we do throughout the Lancashire area in 2013 and beyond." Michala Leyland, formally of Partnership Team and now project manager at Via, said: "It’s now time for a new chapter to be written."
