SJD Consultancy, a reputable Telecoms provider in Burnley, recently received an enquiry from the well-known and famous Aroma restaurant in Burnley.

Aroma were having multiple issues with their major supplier, which was leading to poor Wifi connectivity and slow speeds for both staff and customers as well as the legacy analogue phone system being unreliable and outdated.

The team at SJD were soon to get to work and carried out a site survey, which identified that there was availability for high speed fibre to the premises as well as upgrading their current legacy analogue phone system with a new hosted phone system, giving Aroma full unified communications functionality and reliability.

SJD installed several wifi access points, ensuring staff and customers have access to fast and secure speeds and we also supplied them with mobile apps, which allows them to still take restaurant orders, phone calls and takeaway orders on 4G, helping to increase productivity and resilience across the restaurant.
