Results released by the Home Builders Federation (HBF) have awarded Bellway a 5 Star Rating in customer satisfaction for the sixth consecutive year.
Currently building new homes at locations across Lancashire, the housebuilder achieved a score of over 90 per cent which signifies that more than nine in 10 of its customers would recommend the developer to a friend.
The prestigious accolade of HBF 5 Star Rating is given to companies who achieve a 90 per cent or higher rating in the annual Customer Satisfaction Survey. This takes a snapshot of the views of customers moving into new-build homes in the past 12 months.
Bellway is currently building new homes at Cotton Woods in Ingol, Preston, and Grey Gables in Bamber Bridge.
