Barrowford based IT firm Seriun has been working with Burnley's CUBE HR to strengthen its existing team and to help recruit for growth.
Seriun's amibition is to involve the whole team in shaping its mission and future plans, ensuring it provides a working environment that retains the talent as well as attracting the best in the future.
CUBE facilitated two off-site days, one for senior leaders and one for all staff that included a team building activity.
Laura Brown, marketing manager at Seriun, said: "Following extensive research into the best partner – we chose Lisa and CUBE HR, and soon learned they were the perfect match for us.
"They understood exactly what we wanted to achieve and delivered it. We have taken our employee engagement strategy to the next level and have already implemented some great things, with more to come."
Lisa Sourbutts, managing director at CUBE, said: "We absolutely love working with companies like Seriun, they’re forward thinking and want to make their workplace amazing for their employees.
"Both days were fun, yet massively productive. We allowed the employees the opportunity to tell us all the good stuff already in place and suggest ideas for improvements. The directors embraced all the comments from the feedback session and have already developed these into a two-year people plan. We’re really looking forward to helping Seriun in the future as they continue to evolve and grow their culture."
