Got any plans for the week of April 18-22? Are you a start-up business? Entrepreneur? Growing company? Interested in making the break from your day-to-day job?
Blackpool Unlimited, supported by the council and local businesses across the resort will be hosting its first Blackpool Enterprise Week aimed at enthusing and inspiring business start-ups and established companies.
There will also be presentations and practical workshops from global banking giant Santander, crowd funders SEEDRS, UK Trade & Investment and a number of established local businesses which have been helped by Blackpool Council’s business support schemes, Get Started, Business Growth and Blackpool Unlimited. Themes for the week include Doing Business in Blackpool; Business Growth; Digital Marketing; Taking Care of Business; Inspiring Business Success and Marketing and Selling.
Blackpool Enterprise Week comes after Blackpool Council hosted its first Global Entrepreneurship Week events last November which saw over a hundred people attend a number of free events across its business venues.
