Leading Employee Benefits Consultancy – Preston based Santé Group, has acquired Myles Fitness – comprising of the Myles Wellbeing app designed to track activity, boost engagement, and reward employees.
Myles was acquired by Santé Group for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition continues Santé Group's strategy of exploiting digital innovations and expanding its comprehensive suite of employee wellbeing apps.
Founded in 2020 by Toby Cannon and Michael McCreadie, Myles Wellbeing has over 30,000 users and clients, including the NHS, Deloitte, Brewin Dolphin, and Mind.
The Santé Group manages over £50 million in annual premiums, has a group turnover of £8.5m and employs 35 staff with an additional national network of 45 brokers.
David Cross, Chief Technical Officer at Santé Group commented on the acquisition. He said:
“Having the Myles app within the Santé business portfolio will be a real game-changer in what we can provide our clients and the employee benefits industry.
“Owning our own tech with developers in-house will bring a new dimension to how we drive Santé Group forward and pioneer digital-led solutions that enhance employee wellbeing. The Myles platform that Toby, Mike, and the team have built is a fantastic app and already serves a large client base. We’ll build on this by integrating it into our broader suite of services and making it even more comprehensive for existing and new users.”
The acquisition will allow Santé Group to offer a more integrated and personalised wellbeing experience for its clients, leveraging Myles Wellbeing's technology to enhance employee engagement and promote healthier lifestyles.
